Licenses and Appointments

Andrew Bonderud is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Tennessee.  He is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Florida, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District for the Western District of Tennessee, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Additionally, Andrew Bonderud routinely serves as an arbitrator for both the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and Florida’s New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board (the “Lemon Law” Board).  Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi appointed him to the Lemon Law Board in November 2014, and then reappointed him to a two-year term on the Board in June 2016.
